(ABOUT)

Challenge

Flexential was carrying a complicated story: data centers, cloud, connectivity, resilience, scale, and the invisible architecture that keeps modern business alive. The company did not simply need a new look. It needed a language durable enough to move from a sales pursuit to a trade show floor, from a website to a product story, from a boardroom to a campaign without losing its shape.

Approach

As Art Director, I helped turn the rebrand into something the organization could actually use. I built the creative function behind it, shaped the workflows that kept it moving, and led the translation of the identity across campaigns, events, presentations, digital assets, motion, web support, and sales enablement. The work became a kind of operating system: precise enough for technology, flexible enough for marketing, and simple enough for teams to carry forward.

Outcome

The brand gained more than polish. It gained continuity, speed, and a clearer way to appear in the world. Brand recognition increased 20%, production time dropped 60%, and the creative function supported 16+ enterprise pursuit campaigns that helped land SpaceX, Intel, and Nvidia. The deeper result was organizational: a complex company learning to speak with one composed voice.
